Animation

In Te Ngahere we made animations about what we had been learning about in reading; like refugee’s , The New Zealand Land Wars, immigrant’s, Thomas Kendall and missionaries. Me and my friend Ben chose to do the New Zealand Land Wars. We had to learn a lot about the New Zealand Wars to actually make the animation. I found it really fun at times and then sometimes it was really annoying and hard like when we had to change the bullets on 88 slides because they were not musket bullets. I enjoyed making people on Funko Pop Yourself and recording the animation. After we finished the animation we had to record it. When recording Ben kept making us have to restart because he wanted it to be perfect. I think this was a really fun activity. I learnt a lot about the New Zealand Wars and why the men fought in the war like Hone Heke went to Kororareka to fight because the British were moving the capital to Auckland.
